Ocean Day Seafood Cooking Lesson

海の日の海鮮料理 −英語でクッキングレッスン

Are you interested in cooking and other cultures? Ocean Day is just around the corner, so I thought it would be nice to have a seafood-themed lesson. I would like to invite you to make seafood dishes with me on Monday, July 16th at my home in Ayase, Adachi-ku. (I will send the address and map to participating individuals later.)

異文化と料理に興味がありますか？ 海の日がもうすぐです。そうして、海鮮料理のテーマのレッスンが相応しいと思います。一緒に料理を作るために、足立区綾瀬の私の家に7月16日（月）に皆さんを招待します。（参加者に住所と地図を後で送ります。）

We will make French bouillabaisse, Spanish paella, Greek crab cakes, and Italian fried calamari with marinara sauce. The cooking time will be from 11a.m. until 2p.m., but you can stay a little later for chatting in English and eating together after we cook.

フランスのブイヤーベース、スペインのパエリア、 ギリシャの クラブ・ケーキ、イタリアのカラマリとマリナラソースを作ります。 時間は午前１１時から午後２時までと考えています。でも、料理を作った後で、ちょっと食べながら英会話ができるので、2時を過ぎてもいられます。

Also, participants please pay a fee of 3500 yen.  I will not charge any extra money for the food or materials.
また、３５００円の料金をいただきます。料理にかかる費用を含みます。レッスン後に日本語の簡単なアンケートを書いて頂きます。

5 people (+ me) is a good number for my dining/kitchen, so please reserve with me as soon as possible (at the latest by Monday, July 9th)!  It will be first come, first serve.
